how we helped Movement Culture Co transition to a profitable subscription model
Movement Culture Co came to us looking for support in expanding their offerings and increase their clientele. They had online personal training services, but they weren't scalable or sustainable for long term growth, so we decided to focus on social media, email marketing, and got specific with partnerships and virtual events.

Our strategy here was to add value, boost connection, and educate their audience on what their new offerings are and how they can benefit. Guiding that conversation through social media, email marketing, and virtual events helped us connect with current and new members alike.
+ Social media: we focused on driving value in the most efficient way possible, leaning on quick REEL tutorials. We used social media as the main channel to build trust–focusing on the problem they solve along with showing the founder, his mission, and how his company differs from its competitors.
+ Email marketing: this is where we went into bigger detail about the tutorials pushed on social media, and promoted the events we started hosting to grow the audience. We used our not-so-secret (email us if you want this) email marketing formula to engage, educate, and connect with all members of their audience, and implemented a post-event email campaign to engage and convert audience members that couldn't join the event in real time.
+ Virtual events: we hosted free monthly events to expand current members and nurture the current ones as much as possible. This was a way for people to get to know the founder, get a 'free sample' of the product, and then remain in touch with the brand through social media and email initiatives.
+ Member retention: we implemented an automated (but personalized) holiday and birthday card campaign to all members of the program to boost loyalty and increase referrals
+ Merchandise: we got creative with tote bags, t-shits, and hats, and created buzz and demand through a scarcity campaign (limited amounts!) (for members only!)
